COMMISSION INFORMATIONThis page will tell you everything you need to know about commissioning me, from prices to process, payment & policy.PROCESS1. Contact me via my email or via my discord @ Angelcake#1397 to commission me! To simplify this process, please fill out this form and send it to me.Please replace what is in parenthesis with your answers.
FORM:• What is this song for?: (personal usage, project, gift, game, etc.)• Original or Remix: (Is this a remix/rearrangement, or an original theme?)• Genre: (Please specify any sub genres especially.)• Length: (Clarify the length of the song here, between 30 seconds and 3 minutes long. PLEASE SELECT THE ADD-ON THAT APPLIES TO THE LENGTH OF YOUR SONG. Anything exceeding the 3 minute mark will need to be discussed in messages in terms of pricing.)• Vocals?: (if there are vocals, you must provide the vocals to me. I am not a vocalist in any capacity.)• Reference: (provide similar songs/genres)• When do you need the song?: (Please be clear: e.g. a week, two weeks, a month. If you need it for a specific date, specify the date so that I can plan ahead.)• Commercial Usage: (yes/no)• Brief description of song: (give me details, what you want it to sound like, if the song is situational, what are the circumstances of hearing the song, do you want any inspirations present/motifs?)
2. After we have ironed out the details, I will provide a demo with your preferences and the information you provided to me. I will show that demo to you and if you would like me to change anything/revise it.3. Only after I have confirmation that you are happy with the demo will I take payment. At this stage, I take 100% of the payment & I will give you a direct time frame of how long it will take to complete.
(I TAKE PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL, CASH APP, & KO-FI!)4. From that point onward, I will be updating you through the major points in progress and will eventually give the final product to you when it's finished.

TERMS OF SERVICEFIRST AND FOREMOST, IT IS STATED THAT I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY COMMISSION THAT I FEEL I CANNOT DO JUSTICE OR HAVE NO INTEREST IN MAKING. IF YOU COMMISSION ME, YOU ARE ASSUMED TO HAVE READ MY TERMS AND SERVICE IN FULL AS EXPECTED. VIOLATION OF MY RULES WILL RESULT IN A BLOCK/BLACKLIST.
1. I will be taking three commission slots at one time, no more and no less - I take commissions via email and discord, so if you would like to contact me, contact me here or on discord at Angelcake#13971a. If my commission slots are totally filled and my commissions are still listed as open, that means I'm taking slots for my WAITING LIST! You will be notified when I start your commission. If you are on the waiting list and I have not yet gotten to you, you can terminate your slot at any point. My commission slots are first come, first served so please do not attempt to get me to work on your commission faster than I can get to it.1b. The same client may order multiple songs as one slot, but there is a maximum of four songs per slot!2. My TAT ranges from a week to a month - I will give you a direct frame of time that the commission will be done in when we are in contact and I will update you based on the progress as appropriate.2a. You may request a quicker frame of time for the commission to be done in that my regular TAT does not cover, but it may require a fee to be paid based on how soon you need the commission to be done. This will be discussed IN PRIVATE in detail.3. I am not taking any criticism on my prices and will not tolerate any haggling - any attempt to barter with me (or pay me with "exposure") will result in a block/blacklist. This is not negotiable. For commission information and pricing, please go here.4. Please be aware that there is a limit on the length of my songs! At absolute maximum, I will do three minutes! My songs are at a fixed price per thirty second interval so be aware before commissioning!5. COMMERCIAL USEAGE is available and is at a fixed rate of $20! This is not negotiable - thank you for understanding.6. If you are, for some reason, not happy with a final result, I reserve my right to keep refunds to a maximum of 50%. This is because I take 100% of the payment only AFTER I provide a WIP/demo that the client EXPLICITLY LIKES.6a. If I take on a commission that I ultimately cannot make progress on, I will offer 100% of the client's payment back.7. I will be posting clips/snippets and sometimes whole songs that clients have commissioned with permission - if you don't want me to post it, please let me know!7a. You may post the commissioned song on your socials but you MUST mention me/my socials/credit me. Credit, above all, is most important!8. Plagiarism of my work will NOT be tolerated in any capacity. You will be blocked and publicly blacklisted if you assume credit for any of my songs.
